| The addition to this 1850 ¾ Cape House built in the Greek Revival style near Route 6A in the Old King’s Highway Historic District of Yarmouth includes a large family room, screened porch, farmer’s porch and access to a new basement which was lacking in the original house. The new family room, opened to the existing kitchen, has vaulted ceilings designed with a variety of ceiling heights giving an intimate feeling to the space. Lots of light enters the room through clerestory windows and an inviting window seat that opens to the landscaped yard, designed and cared for by the owner. |
